Pava LaPere is the CEO & cofounder of EcoMap Technologies, a rapidly-growing company that makes ecosystems more accessible by curating detailed data on the assets that exist within them. Before EcoMap, Pava founded two nonprofits in the university entrepreneurial ecosystem-development space, as well as founded & led the official Johns Hopkins University incubator and accelerator programs. Through this work, Pava has studied the data of dozens of ecosystems worldwide to understand the characteristics, challenges, and opportunities inherent to ecosystems, and has given multiple talks about how we can make any ecosystem more equitable, accessible, and efficient.
