Please note that only Voting Members are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. An organization may change its Voting Member to accommodate this requirement by contacting Tim Hindes via email. All Board candidates are expected to submit a high-resolution photograph, a (no more than) 400-word biographical sketch and a 90 second video explaining why you want to be a board member and any relevant ideas you have in relation to that position. Videos do not need to be elaborate, the goal is to provide voting members with a brief synopsis of who you are, and what you hope to do for the organization. Smartphone videos are acceptable. Judging is not be based on video quality.
UEDA accepts nominations for the Board of Directors year-round. However, voting only takes place at each year’s Summit. Voting WILL take place during this year’s Digital Summit. A Board Member Position description can be found here and the Code of Conduct can be found here.
