Bohsiu Wu is the Associate Dean for the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences at California State University Northridge. He is currently managing several projects aiming to reduce DFU (DFW) rate and equity gap, and to raise both graduation and retention rates in the college. The intervention strategies are based on the analysis conducted at the course and program levels. He is also overseeing a Project Rebound program designed to support formerly incarcerated students. The Project Rebound program aims to reverse the school-to-prison pipeline and relies on contribution from community partners as well as the campus and the CSU system.
