Megan Feeney has served at Wichita State University Campus of Applied Sciences & Technology (WSU Tech) for 11 years. After leaving the Wichita area for a decade living in the Dallas and Phoenix metro areas she returned to Wichita to lend her support to the city as they fight to bolster their workforce with a talent pipeline. Megan uses her position at WSU Tech to gain insight from business and industry to ensure her organization is meeting their needs regarding talent recruitment and retainment. As a solution provider in these areas, talent pipeline strategies are a top priority, coming up with innovative solutions to solve problems for the community at large.
