2018 Summit Pricing
We would be honored to have you attend the 2018 UEDA Annual Summit. Below is a matrix of our registration pricing. Registration for this year’s Annual Summit is through the UEDA registration portal. You will have the option to make payment via credit card, or by mailing a check to our offices. Payment options will be presented following the completion of your registration. All payments must be received by midnight ET on the date listed below at the UEDA office in order to be eligible for the appropriate discount levels.
Please Note: In addition to registering for the Annual Summit below, participants must also make separate arrangements for lodging. Summit registration does not include lodging. Click here for lodging options.

Registration Details
Early Bird Registration
UEDA Members and Non-Members are eligible for a $100 Summit registration discount for registrations and payments received by midnight EST on September 5, 2018.
Group Registration
Groups consisting of 3 or more registrants are eligible to receive a 10% discount on the 2018 UEDA Summit registration fees. Please ask each registrant to register at the appropriate level and initiate an invoice at the end of the registration (Do Not Pay.) Group discount does not apply to groups containing students, as the student rate is already deeply discounted.
Please notify UEDA at events@universityeda.org after everyone in the group has registered. We will enter the special group rate and will send an updated invoice for payment to complete the registration.

Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 7, 2018. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Submit all requests to UEDA Annual Summit Registration via email at events@universityeda.org. UEDA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Confirmation
You will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration from UEDA. If you have not received a confirmation within 2 business days after registering, please contact the UEDA office at events@universityeda.org.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, UEDA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant for UEDA use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Payment By Check
If you wish to pay for your registration via check please fill out the UEDA Registration form and mail it to the address listed upon registration
Registration Fees
If you are not a member, please pay the nonmember rate. If you are interested in becoming a member of UEDA prior to the Annual Summit in order to get the member rate, please visit the Join Now page on our website prior to completing your Annual Summit registration. Substitution Policy
Registration substitutions are permitted if submitted by October 7, 2018 via email at events@universityeda.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
