|Information||ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, WTBC – #4752 Department: Wyoming Technology Business Center (WTBC) The University of Wyoming is seeking an innovative, energetic, and experienced individual to serve as Assistant Director with the Wyoming Technology Business Center (WTBC) Outreach Program. The WTBC is a statewide business development program currently operating an outreach program in conjunction with a business incubator on the campus of UW. The Assistant Director will:
Qualifications: The person appointed should be highly motivated with demonstrated skill in dealing successfully with the problems faced by small, technology-related businesses as well as successfully marketing programs and facilities. The primary qualifications are: business management and planning expertise; experience in managing a small business venture or large corporate management experience; and demonstrated skill and experience in using public/community relations to effectively recruit community organizations and resources to serve clients. Travel (up to 25%) within the state of Wyoming is required. A Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA or advanced Business related degree is preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
