PolaFirestoneSmallPola Firestone joined U.S. SourceLink where she serves as relationship manager and liaison with U.S.SourceLink affiliates. Pola provides customer service and training to existing U.S.SourceLink affiliates and assists with implementation of new U.S.SourceLink networks across the country. Her other responsibilities include coordinating special events, researching entrepreneurial support resources, developing program-wide administrative procedures and assisting with long-term strategic planning and budgeting.

Previously, Pola served as Community Relations Coordinator at Webster University-Kansas City and was the owner of BookWorks Publishing Marketing and Consulting where she managed the publication of more than 200 books. Pola was a consultant with the Small Business Development Center at Johnson County Community College, an instructor of entrepreneurship at Donnelly College and a business coach for First Step FastTrac.

Pola is a graduate of Avila University, earning a bachelor of arts in special education. She received her master of arts degree in marketing from Webster University and master of arts degree in special education from Kansas State University.
