It takes many types of organizations and professionals to drive university-based economic development. From higher education, government agencies, economic development organizations and many private sector partners, the UEDA Exhibit Area is the central location where Summit Attendees come together to network, build partnerships and share information. The exhibit area will host all of the continental breakfasts and coffee breaks.

We have two exhibition levels:
Exhibitor
Cost: $2,500

Benefits:
- A 10×10 space that includes a 6’ clothed table, black & white ID sign, standard power/power strip and wireless Internet connection
- Exposure to top university economic decision makers during all Summit breaks and breakfasts
- 100 word company description and logo in event program
- Complimentary conference passes, access to conference proceedings, lunch, receptions, dinners and awards ceremony (1 per 10×10 booth)
- 2 discounted conference registrations at 25% off non-early bird registration fee
Promoter

Cost: $1,000
Quantity Currently Available: 20
Benefits:
- A common area table(s) will be placed in the exhibit area where your promotional materials can be placed
- A promotional sign will be placed on the table to advertise your company (sign will be printed by UEDA with artwork provided by you)
- This table will not be staffed; however, a member from your company will be responsible for placing and replenishing promotional materials throughout the event
