We would be honored to have you attend the 2012 UEDA Annual Summit. Below is a matrix of our registration options. You are able to make payment upon registration via credit card, or by mailing a check to our offices. Payment options will be presented following the completion of your registration. All payments must be received by midnight EST on the date listed below at the UEDA office in order to be eligible for the appropriate discount levels.

Registration Details
Early Bird Registration
UEDA Members and Non-Members are eligible for a $100 summit registration discount for registrations and payments received by midnight on July 31, 2012.
Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 1, 2012. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Submit all requests to UEDA Annual Summit Registration via email at info@universityeda.org. UEDA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Confirmation
You will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration from UEDA. If you have not received a confirmation within 2 business days after registering, please contact the UEDA office at info@universityeda.org.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, UEDA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant for UEDA use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Official Attendee Roster
We must receive your registration no later than October 15, 2012 to be listed in the official pre-registered roster that will be available on the Summit area of the UEDA website.

Registration Fees
If you are not a member, please pay the nonmember rate. If you are interested in becoming a member of UEDA prior to the Annual Summit in order to get the member rate, please visit the Join Now page on our website prior to completing your Annual Summit registration. Substitution Policy
Registration substitutions are permitted if submitted by October 15, 2012 via email at info@universityeda.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
